B2B Support Specialist (12-Month Contract | Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule)

Remote (U.S. only -- any time zone) | 40 hrs/week | 6/1/26 -- 5/31/27

Fully remote contract supporting a well-known global retail/apparel client and their B2B wholesale platform across multiple brands.

This role focuses on day-to-day operations tied to order processing, user access, and data accuracy within a high-volume system.

What you'll do

  • Support daily B2B platform operations across multiple brands
  • Manage user access, permissions, and account setup
  • Troubleshoot order, shipment, invoicing, and system issues
  • Monitor and reconcile data flows and order processing into SAP
  • Run reports and resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist with system testing, releases, and workflow support

Excel expertise required (core to the role)

  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • Pivot tables + data reconciliation
  • Analyzing large datasets and identifying discrepancies
  • Heavy day-to-day reporting and validation work

What you bring

  • 1+ year in B2B support, operations, or similar
  • Strong Excel skills (required)
  • Experience troubleshooting systems/data issues
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • SAP or Smartsheet experience is a plus

Compensation

  • Up to $18.50/hour
