Job description
The Essentials
- Case Load: Real Estate (Commercial/Residential), Property Rights, and Business Lit.
- The Work: Lead cases from pre-lit to trial. Take/defend depositions, argue motions, and advise clients directly.
- The Setup: Fully Remote (CA-based) or Hybrid in LA. No micromanagement; high-level paralegal support provided.
- Comp: $150k--$180k DOE + Performance bonuses.
The Ideal Profile
- Active and in good standing with the CA State Bar.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience.
- Real Estate litigation experience is a major plus.
- Strategic thinker who doesn't need a hand-held to get to the finish line.
- Must reside in Southern California
