The Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing AI Hub technical initiatives.
- Architect solutions for AI Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Elicit functional and business requirements for AI PoCs.
- Lead development, testing, and evaluation of AI PoCs.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Public Trust eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2 years of additional relevant experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, vector indexing).
- Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices.
- SQL proficiency.
- Front-end development skills (React experience is a plus, but not required).
Preferred Experience:
- Active Secret or Public Trust clearance.
- Experience building APIs.
- Familiarity with code-assist tools (e.g., CodEx, Claude code).
This role is fully remote within the Contiguous US.
Compensation and Benefits
Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable compensation range based on local labor costs for the following locations: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
The estimated base pay range for this position in these locations is: $70,500 - $136,700 USD.
