Cisco Webex CCE Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Woodland Hills, CA ONSITE preferred/Open to Remote in US West Coast
Role Overview
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in migrating contact center applications from Cisco On-Premise to Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WXCCE). The candidate should be capable of identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting migrated systems, and remediating faulty call flows. The associate will work directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform migration of contact center IVR systems from Cisco On-Prem to Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WCCE)
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in migrated environments
- Identify system bottlenecks and provide remediation
- Inspect and resolve faulty call flows
- Work directly with customers to support migration and remediation activities
- Handle GDF integration issues remediation
Required Experience
- 10 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cisco platforms

Strong experience with Cisco platform

- SIP Trunks
- WXCC (Webex Contact Center)
- CUCM SME (Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition)
- AudioCodes SBCs
