Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Personality Development Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, conducting research to identify current trends in personal development, and creating impactful training materials. The role also involves contributing to content creation through writing and collaborating with teams to maintain a presence on social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Personality Development and Training
- Proficiency in conducting Research and creating detailed training plans
- Excellent Writing skills for developing training materials and related documentation
- Familiarity with Social Media engagement strategies to enhance awareness and participation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience in conducting workshops or online sessions is a plus
- A degree or certification in psychology, human resources, or a related field is an advantage
