What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities, including warm leads and referrals
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Quote, bind, and issue policies while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Previous insurance sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, self-disciplined, and results-driven
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, quoting platforms, and virtual communication tools
