Job Summary

As a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing social media strategies to support brand awareness and business growth. Key responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, managing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance digital campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in Miami Lakes, FL, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. On-site content creation is required.

Creative Ownership

Drive content strategy and execution for agency-owned brands, our social channels, and client accounts. You'll also play a key role in pitching new business and selling your creative ideas to clients.

Influencer Focus

Build and activate influencer partnerships, manage campaigns, and stay ahead of social trends to deliver impactful results.

Content Creation

Be hands-on with cameras and video---concept, shoot, and edit dynamic content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more with the creative team.

Autonomy & Problem-Solving

We want someone who thrives independently, has a proven track record of solving complex challenges, and doesn't need constant oversight.

Qualifications

  • 2--5 years of social media management experience
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and techniques and strong communication skills
  • Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to adapt quickly to current trends and social media platform updates
  • Prior experience in paid social campaigns is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
