About the Role
A highly respected boutique law firm with a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice is seeking a Contract Corporate Attorney to support its team on a remote basis through the end of August 2026. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a lean, high-performing environment and is comfortable handling complex matters with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing processes
- Advise on corporate governance matters, entity formation, and operational issues
- Work closely with partners on strategic transactions and client matters
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license required
- 4 years of experience in corporate, transactional, or business law
- Strong experience with M&A, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in a boutique or sophisticated practice environment preferred
