Part-Time, Remote Invoice Verification Analyst (Alabama Residents Only)
Axim Inc. helps businesses across the country manage their accounts receivable, including helping our lender partners by providing outsourced verification services. We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated person to join our team as a part-time Invoice Verification Analyst.
About the Role
You'll handle daily invoice verifications on behalf of our clients. This includes confirming invoice details, sending and responding to emails, entering updates in our system, reviewing AP portals, and making outbound phone calls as needed. The workload is consistent and predictable, roughly 3-4 hours per day, with flexibility to structure your schedule around your life. Some tasks will need to be completed during business hours (7 AM--5 PM CT).
This is a fully remote position. You'll work from home with training provided.
What We're Looking For
Some experience can help, but we're happy to train the right person. That said, you'll have a head start if you bring familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), a basic understanding of invoices or accounts receivable, and comfort making phone calls to people you haven't spoken with before. The most important qualities are reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation
$15 per hour, approximately 15-20 hours per week.
