Entry Level Remote Legal Assistant

Ayala Law PLLC | Full-time | 100% Remote

Ayala Law PLLC is a real estate and business law firm based in McAllen, Texas. We focus on providing practical, efficient legal solutions while maintaining strong communication with our clients.

We are looking for a reliable Remote Assistant to help manage day-to-day client communication. This role is primarily focused on answering calls, scheduling consultations, and following up with potential and existing clients.

This is a fully remote position. No prior legal experience is required, but it is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and handle basic client inquiries
  • Schedule consultations and manage the firm calendar
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients
  • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)
  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable speaking with clients in a professional setting
  • Ability to manage schedules and stay on top of tasks
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our client base
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with legal work is a plus, but not required

This is a perfect job for a college student, or recent graduate.

Extremely flexible, work from anywhere.

Pay: $7.25 - $15.00 per hour
