Your Challenges as an Internal Audit Analyst (Pleno) at BV:

Performing Tactical Planning for Audit Engagements:

  • Gathering information from audited departments.
  • Assessing the adequacy of process and control design (Walkthrough).
  • Developing scope and test coverage proposals for audit engagements.
  • Identifying inherent risks and risks related to the control environment (weaknesses and deficiencies) and opportunities for improvement in the execution of activities in the audited areas.

Executing Tactical Planning for Audit Engagements:

  • Conducting audit tests to assess control effectiveness.
  • Globally evaluating the audit engagement results and preparing management materials for presentation to the audited departments' managers and the Head of Audit.
  • Developing draft reports with analysis results (Conclusion), descriptions of findings, and improvement opportunities.

Executing Activities in Continuous Auditing:

  • Monitoring and analyzing business and risk management behavior and performance.
  • Analyzing continuous auditing indicator results.

Your Profile and Skills:

  • Experience in auditing banking products and the functioning of financial institutions (SFN).
  • Knowledge of data manipulation tools (SAS, Big Query, or DataBrics) and programming languages: SQL, SAS, or Python (required).
  • Knowledge of banking regulations (BACEN).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with ease and impartiality.
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and cooperation.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite.

Bonus Points (Differentiators):

  • Knowledge of retail products: vehicles, cards, solar energy, current accounts, and insurance.
  • Intermediate English.

Work Location: Itaim Bibi (hybrid).
