Role Overview
Responsible for structuring, implementing, and governing soft skills, behaviors, and tone of voice for Artificial Intelligence agents used by the Bank, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, brand identity, corporate culture, and regulatory requirements.
Operates at the intersection of people strategy, brand, governance, data, and technology, ensuring that AI agents operate ethically, predictably, audibly, and consistently, from functional, behavioral, and communication perspectives.
The role encompasses everything from conceptual definition and prototyping to validation, monitoring, and continuous evolution of agents in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
Behavioral Governance and Soft Skills
- Develop, maintain, and evolve soft skill taxonomies applicable to AI agents, translating organizational values, competencies, and principles into observable, measurable, and reusable behaviors.
- Define operating criteria, autonomy limits, and behavioral standards for agents in different contexts and journeys.
- Structure behavioral governance models for agents, aligned with internal policies, corporate regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the institutional code of conduct and principles of responsible AI use.
Agent Humanization and Tone of Voice (Brand Identity)
- Define, implement, and govern the tone of voice for AI agents, ensuring consistent representation of the Bank's brand identity.
- Translate brand, culture, and experience guidelines into explicit behavioral parameters for agents (e.g., behavioral personas, tone of voice contracts, and systemic instructions).
- Ensure communication consistency across agents, channels, and journeys, preventing fragmentation of customer and employee experience.
- Act as a technical and conceptual reference in voice design applied to AI agents, balancing naturalness, empathy, and institutionalism.
Validation, Monitoring, and Production Control
- Structure and operate behavioral and tone of voice validation tests, including automated and comparative evaluations (e.g., LLM-as-a-Judge).
- Define and monitor indicators and KPIs for behavioral adherence, interaction quality, and brand alignment.
- Implement behavioral and communication deviation alarms, identifying ethical, operational, regulatory, or reputational risks.
- Develop and conduct agent behavior adaptation, correction, and reconfiguration plans, ensuring continuous improvement and risk control.
Prototyping and Continuous Evolution
- Conduct rapid prototyping, pilot, and proof-of-concept activities related to agent behavior, voice, and governance.
- Operate integrated within the AI Agent Lifecycle, ensuring behavioral and voice aspects are considered from ideation to operation and evolution.
- Document standards, frameworks, decisions, and learnings, contributing to institutional maturity in responsible AI.
Requirements:
- Experience with applied AI, LLM-based systems, or intelligent agents.
- Proven ability to model behaviors, soft skills, and tone of voice in a structured and operationalizable manner.
- Experience with testing, metrics, validation, A/B testing, and monitoring of models in a production environment.
- Strong ability to translate between strategic language (brand, culture, people) and technical implementation.
- Experience in prototyping, experimentation, and iterative development.
- Solid understanding of governance, ethics, risk mitigation, and autonomy control in AI.
- Availability for a hybrid model, 2 days per week in São Paulo (Morumbi region).
Expected Behavioral Competencies
- Systems thinking and strategic vision.
- Analytical capability and conceptual precision.
- High interdisciplinary articulation skill.
- Cultural, ethical, and institutional sensitivity.
- Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
Differentiators:
- Previous experience in regulated environments, especially in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, alignment, human supervision, and guardrails.
