Commercial Real Estate Analyst Assistant
Salary: R20000 - R25000
Location: Fully Remote
Working Hours: Full-time | Monday -- Friday | 15:00 -- 23:00 (SA Time)
Our client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst Assistant to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial real estate analysis on projects
- Research real estate databases for comparable data
- Analyse and interpret data to support project findings
- Engage with external stakeholders (e.g. brokers) to gather information
- Compile detailed reports and written analyses
- Work under the guidance of an experienced manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Real Estate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Experience in research and data analysis (non-customer service background preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong English proficiency
