What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations and communicate with patients via telemedicine.
• Perform assessments, screenings, diagnoses, and prescribe medication as needed.
• Collaborate with UpLift's network therapists on treatment planning and care delivery.
• Deliver high-quality, empathetic care, adhering to UpLift's clinical and service standards.
• Provide feedback to engineering and operations teams to enhance care delivery.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Psychiatrist.
• Active, valid medical license.
• Proficiency in prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
• Comfort and skill in using technology for virtual care delivery.
• Previous telemedicine experience is advantageous.
• Multiple state licenses and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Important Details

• This is a part-time, contract (1099) role.
• UpLift will handle credentialing and enrollment with health plans.
• All services are provided remotely via UpLift's telehealth platform.
• Licensed providers make all clinical decisions independently, following state telehealth laws and professional standards.
