Overview:
We are a U.S.-based digital infrastructure platform with 30MW-500W energized capacity in Texas, transitioning into next-generation AI data centers with integrated energy solutions. The company is entering a pre-IPO phase and engaging with institutional investors and strategic partners.
We are seeking a senior U.S.-based executive to support capital markets positioning and public company readiness in a market-facing, board-aligned role, working alongside the founders and established management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in investor and capital markets engagement
- Support IPO readiness, roadshow strategy, and public company positioning
- Provide strategic guidance on partnerships across AI, data center, and energy sectors
- Contribute at the Board / advisory level
Preferred Profile:
- U.S.-based executive with significant senior leadership experience
- Background in infrastructure, energy, data centers, or capital-intensive industries
- Experience working with investors, financial institutions, or IPO processes
- Collaborative, pragmatic leadership style
Structure & Engagement:
- Board-level / advisory role (non-operational)
- Works in coordination with founders and existing management team
- Flexible, part-time engagement
Compensation:
- Cash-based compensation structure
- Additional performance-based incentives may be considered
- Structured in line with advisory and board-level roles
Work Setup:
- Remote / work-from-home
