About BlackBeltHelp

BlackBeltHelp is a category-defining provider of AI-powered HelpDesk and student engagement solutions, trusted by over 200 colleges and universities across North America. We deliver round-the-clock IT and student support via cloud contact centers and intelligent automation---empowering institutions to scale student success, reduce costs, and improve satisfaction.

With strong fundamentals, a growing customer base, and scalable infrastructure in place, we're preparing for our next phase of growth. Now, we're hiring a President to lead from the front---someone who has built at scale, owns outcomes, and can architect and execute on growth while keeping cash and culture in check.

The Opportunity

This is a CEO role for a builder. You'll own the full P&L, lead cross-functional execution, and partner closely with the Chairperson and Board to position BBH for strategic expansion and long-term value creation (potentially leading to a strategic exit or IPO).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L ownership: Drive revenue growth, manage margins, and control burn across all lines
  • Lead from Series B to Exit: Build the execution engine and board confidence needed for the next raise, strategic investment, or exit
  • Own company-level GTM strategy: Define and execute scalable motion across product, sales, CS, and delivery
  • Align Product and Distribution: Drive roadmap decisions that support commercial success and market differentiation
  • Lead a high-performing team: Inspire, develop, and hold accountable a seasoned team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops
  • Strengthen operating discipline: Implement forecasting, dashboards, team-level OKRs, and functional scorecards
  • Act as face of the company to investors, enterprise customers, partners, and media when needed

Ideal Profile

  • 15 years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, preferably EdTech
  • P&L owner at a company, ideally through inflection points
  • Has led Series B stage companies through scale-up, transformation, or exit
  • Strong understanding of both Product development and GTM execution
  • Experienced in building and leading cross-functional orgs (Sales, Product, CS, Ops, Marketing)
  • Proven success operating under capital efficiency and growth pressure
  • Able to drive execution while managing risk, investor expectations, and market timing
  • Must have prior experience with higher education tech support
