About the Role

BCBST is seeking a collaborative and execution-focused Associate Digital Product Manager of Mobile Apps. This role is perfect for a professional who excels at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, with strong organizational and Agile delivery skills. You will partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into effective mobile-first digital strategies, features, and content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and advance mobile app strategies across the organization.
  • Manage a prioritized backlog aligned with engineering capacity and the digital roadmap.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, compliant mobile solutions.
  • Understand business needs and advance solutions as priorities evolve.
  • Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in developing digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content.
  • Oversee backlog alignment with engineering capacity and the digital solutions roadmap.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product, program, and outreach optimizations, and delivery of regulatory and contractual assets.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions in collaboration with Engineering.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of professional corporate experience).

Experience

  • 3 years in digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, or member/relationship database marketing campaigns.

Skills

  • Independent work with minimal supervision or team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Mobile Applications.

  • This is a remote role with occasional travel to BCBST headquarters in Chattanooga, TN.
