Requirements
Must have:
- Proficiency in PHP

- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with APIs, particularly RESTful services, including integrations and troubleshooting
- Capacity to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong comprehension of backend systems and data flow
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfort in direct client interactions in a professional environment
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical role is preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or integrations is a plus
- Experience using debugging tools, logging systems, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of databases and system integrations
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for client interactions related to APIs
- Participate in and lead API client meetings, offering clear explanations and solutions
- Troubleshoot and address API issues, bugs, and integration obstacles
- Deliver external IT support to clients, ensuring high service and responsiveness
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and implement solutions and enhancements
- Monitor API performance and prepare reports on issues, resolutions, and trends
- Assist in debugging, maintaining, and improving API functionality
- Contribute to ongoing development initiatives and system optimization
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI tools and integrations
