Compensation
- $100 per onboarding/start-of-care visit
- $50 per supervisory visit
- $30/hour for any additional work outside of the scope of visits (e.g., onboarding new employees, events, etc.)

About the Role
CareOasis is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator to complete client onboarding visits and supervisory visits for family caregivers.
This role is ideal for an RN who wants flexible, meaningful work and is comfortable working independently. Responsibilities include initial in-home assessments, periodic supervisory visits, caregiver support, and documentation.
This can also become a founding RN / leadership-track opportunity as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home onboarding/start-of-care visits for new clients
- Conduct supervisory visits for active caregiver cases (some remote, some in-person)
- Assess client needs, safety, and home environment
- Help create and update care plans
- Provide guidance and support to family caregivers
- Identify changes, concerns, or care needs and communicate them to the CareOasis team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Support ongoing coordination and follow-up as needed
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license required
- Nursing experience required
- Home care experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Medicaid or waiver-based programs is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
