Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Licensed Clinician to join our growing team.

The Licensed Clinician will maintain a steady part-time caseload, provide high-quality therapy services, uphold documentation standards, and contribute positively to team culture.
Remote Work & Flexibility
This is a fully remote position. Day-to-day responsibilities including therapy sessions, meetings, documentation, and administrative tasks are completed remotely.
Optional in-person team gatherings, connection events, or professional networking opportunities may be offered periodically but are not required.
Scheduling flexibility may include daytime, evening, or select weekend availability based on clinician preference and client demand. Clinician picks their own schedule.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 15--17 scheduled clients weekly
- Expected average of 14 attended sessions weekly
- Provide psychotherapy services to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families based on experience and fit
- Conduct intakes, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Complete documentation in accordance with practice, payer, and legal standards
- Complete notes, billing tasks, and assigned responsibilities in a timely manner
- Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams regarding scheduling and continuity of care
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and team initiatives as requested
- Represent the practice professionally and in alignment with company values
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active California LMFT or LCSW license in good standing
- Experience with telehealth preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using EHR systems, Zoom, Google Workspace, and related technology
Compensation
- Starting at $60.00 per attended clinical hour
- Additional paid non-billable/admin time as applicable at $16.90 per hour, up to 2.5 hours weekly
- Consistent referral support to help maintain schedule stability
- Compensation structure designed to reward productivity while supporting required administrative responsibilities
Estimated earnings vary based on caseload, schedule, and availability.
