Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour

Description

The eCommerce Account Administrator is responsible for maintaining the health, accuracy, and performance of the company's product listings and marketplace accounts. This role focuses on product page execution, listing optimization, case management, and ongoing monitoring of Buy Box ownership and catalog integrity across key e-commerce platforms.

This position plays a critical role in protecting revenue and ensuring consistent brand representation by proactively identifying issues, resolving platform-related challenges, and supporting merchandising and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working within fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce environments.

This position is open to remote work and is part time, 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, etc.)
  • Ensure all listings follow platform best practices for titles, bullets, descriptions, images, digital assets, keywords and attributes
  • Organize and prepare digital brand assets for retailer use, including images, copy, descriptions, supporting marketing materials and price sheets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine product page content and brand listings
  • Proactively audit product listings, catalog health, and Buy Box status a minimum of 3x per week
  • Identify and resolve listing suppressions, content inaccuracies, catalog mismatches and duplications and compliance or policy flags
  • Monitor and optimize Buy Box ownership across SKUs
  • Document issues and implement corrective actions to maintain account health
  • Open, track, and manage cases through platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart
  • Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues including listings reinstatements, content disputes, brand authority, inventory or catalog discrepancies, and compliance related flags
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely resolution of all cases
  • Assist with core merchandising activities, including catalog setup and SKU creation, price maintenance and updates, and promotional setup and execution
  • Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle changes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace support
  • Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart
  • Detail oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, client calls, priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Location: Remote
