Job Information:
- Functional title: Test Analyst

- Report to: Director
- Location: New Jersey, onsite 2 days per week
- Expected full-time salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 + variable compensation + 401(k) match + benefits.
Note: Disclosure as required by NJ/NY Pay Transparency Law of the expected salary compensation range for this role.
What you will be doing:
Taking responsibility for the project testing activities. This includes:
Test Management:
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to compliance standards. Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure thorough test coverage and successful project outcomes.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and create guidelines to maintain high compliance standards.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks in projects, ensuring compliance with standards. Contribute to governance and process control initiatives.
Collaboration:
Build and maintain internal working relationships with colleagues and senior team members. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Continuous Development:
Enhance strategic planning skills and develop structured career development plans. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Taking responsibility for the support for other departments' use of the testing environments, where required. For example -- assisting business staff in performing UAT.
- Sharing technical knowledge within the team.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of strong practical experience of executing Testing initiatives within either functional or non-functional areas.
- Hands-on experience of delivering complex IT change projects in a fast-moving organization.
- Extensive Software Testing experience, including roles within at least 5 medium to large projects.
- Experience of managing or working with teams within an offshore service model.
- Experience in producing various Test artefacts including Test Strategy / Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts.
- Experience in Defect Management.
Professional qualifications / certifications:
Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
