We are seeking an SRE / DevOps Engineer with a hybrid focus: a technical expert in Google Cloud and a natural leader in critical incident management (Primary Incident Manager). 2. Primary Incident Manager - PIM (30%)

- War Room Leadership: Lead technical diagnostic sessions with multiple teams, preventing blockers and focusing on service restoration.
- Strategic Communication: Translate technical chaos into clear, structured updates for stakeholders, reporting impact, scope, and ETAs.
- Decision Making: Prioritize actions under pressure and execute timely escalations.
- Post-Mortem Culture: Lead honest and constructive RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) to turn every incident into a real preventive improvement.
What We're Looking For: Requirements
