Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage one or more products or features, ensuring exceptional customer value and a viable business model.
  • Define product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to set a clear product vision and develop a strategic plan aligned with company objectives and market demands.
  • Prioritize product features and create detailed product plans: Work with engineering and design teams to prioritize features based on user needs, market research, and business goals. Develop comprehensive product plans and timelines.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and release, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Act as a liaison between users, customers, and internal teams, collecting and analyzing feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, using this information to differentiate the product and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog and develop launch plans for successful rollouts.
  • Drive performance against key performance indicators, balancing short-term improvements with long-term investments to maximize ROI.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, OR HS/GED and 7 years of experience.
  • Experience with Financial Acumen.
  • Successful track record in product development and product lifecycle management for multiple product lines.
  • Experience performing quality assurance controls on products to drive product evolution.
  • Knowledge of major product lines and potential applications.
  • Experience developing, presenting, and launching product lines.
  • Technical understanding of product and customer requirements.
  • Experience collecting quantitative product data and metrics to understand user behavior and discover/evaluate product opportunities.
  • Ability to perform quality assurance controls on product to drive product evolution.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Demonstrated skills in Accountability and Initiative, Communication and Collaboration, Customer-Centricity, Digital IQ and Technology Translation, Ability to Work Through Ambiguity, Results Driven, and Analytical Judgement.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $98,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
