About Us
DocDraft is hiring a fractional marketer to build our presence on Facebook through content and community.
We're an AI legal platform with attorney oversight. Consumers and small businesses come to us for documents like leases, LLC formation, divorce filings, and contracts, and our attorneys review the work before it's finalized. We're growing fast, and Facebook's core audience overlaps almost perfectly with the people who need what we sell. We haven't invested in the channel yet. That's the opportunity.
The Role
Own DocDraft's Facebook presence end to end. Run our page, build a Facebook Group tied to one of our customer segments (we're starting with small landlords), and produce content that helps people navigate real legal situations. Show up authentically in existing Groups where you can add value. Mix community-building content with direct response so we can measure what's working. Report monthly on engagement, audience growth, and signal that the channel is driving signups.
The First 90 Days Matter
This is a validation hire. By the end of month three, we want to be able to answer: is Facebook a real channel for DocDraft? You'll work with me to define the specific numbers we want to hit in your first 30 days, and we'll make a clear go/expand-or-kill decision at 90. If it's working, the role grows.
Who We're Looking For
You've grown a Facebook page or Group for a consumer or SMB brand and can show us the work. You write in plain English and can hold a brand voice that doesn't sound like a corporation. You understand Facebook in 2026 — Reels, what the algorithm rewards, how Groups grow, how to mix value content with calls to action. You're comfortable with numbers and can tell the difference between vanity metrics and real signal.
Bonus if you've worked in legal, financial services, real estate, or another regulated category. Bonus if you've built community for landlords, small business owners, or another segment we serve.
Logistics
Fractional, 15-20 hours per week to start, with room to expand if the channel pans out. Fully remote. U.S.-based candidates strongly preferred — you'll be writing for an American audience and timezone overlap matters for how we work.
