Supply Chain Coordinator
Salary: $24-30/hr
Location: Remote (MUST BE BASED IN CALIFORNIA, OREGON, OR IDAHO)
Schedule: Remote
Company Profile: A consumer goods company is looking to add a Supply Chain Coordinator to their team. This person will be responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, forecasting, purchasing, production coordination, and fulfillment. This role ensures inventory accuracy and supply continuity across DTC and marketplace channels while supporting cross-functional execution and future growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain system-based SKU-level inventory tracking across all sales channels
- Create and manage purchase orders through the PO lifecycle
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with 3PL partners
- Support forecast accuracy tracking and inventory health reporting
- Maintain supplier documentation and compliance records
- Ensure data integrity across ERP, marketplace, and warehouse systems
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations coordination
- Experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing, and fulfillment processes
- Experience with 3PLs and international shipping documentation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems
