We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

  • Job Title: IT Applications Analyst
  • Job Type: Contract (Temp to Hire)
  • Duration: 04/20/2026 -- 07/18/2026 (Conversion after ~90 days)
  • Location: 100% Remote (Dallas, TX preferred)
  • Eligibility: U.S. Citizen (No Sponsorship)

Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Applications Analyst to support business applications and processes while working closely with stakeholders and development teams. This role focuses on requirement analysis, testing, production support, and continuous process improvement in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application and business process support to improve efficiency
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams
  • Gather and define requirements, including epics, features, and user stories
  • Develop and execute test plans and regression testing
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes
  • Support Agile Scrum activities, including demos and stakeholder communication
  • Perform basic data fixes and maintenance
  • Assist with training materials and release support
  • Provide production support, including occasional after-hours support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL skills (writing queries, not just execution)
  • Experience with financial systems/software
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data handling)
  • Experience in application support environments
  • Understanding of data structures and data flow
  • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with APIs
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity with finance processes such as:
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Payable/Receivable
    • Procurement
    • Fixed Assets
    • Revenue Accounting
    • Tax and Treasury

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Additional Details

  • 100% remote role (Dallas candidates preferred)
  • Occasional travel up to 20%
  • Opportunity to convert to full-time after 90 days
