Position Overview

A well-established, physician-led multi-specialty medical group is seeking a Day Hawk Radiologist to join their team in a 100% remote, non-partnership role. This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologist seeking strong compensation, work-life balance, and the ability to work from anywhere with full support and cutting-edge technology.

Compensation Options

Employed (W-2):

Base Salary: $450,000
Includes 10,500 RVUs annually
$45 per RVU above threshold

Independent Contractor (1099):

Base Compensation: $550,000
Includes 11,000 RVUs annually
$45 per RVU above threshold

Schedule & Work Environment

100% Remote -- Full workstation, PACS, and IT support provided
Weekday Hours: 11:00 AM -- 7:00 PM
Weekend Hours: 8:00 AM -- 6:00 PM
7-on / 7-off rotation for optimal work-life balance

Clinical Responsibilities

Interpret urgent care and outpatient imaging studies
Modalities include:
- X-ray
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Fluoroscopy

Qualifications

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
Experience in general diagnostic radiology required
Subspecialty training preferred (Neuro, Body, or MSK)
Comfortable working in a high-efficiency, remote environment
