- Execute visual inspections:
- Review production images and in-person work-in-progress to flag cosmetic or functional defects.
- Document everything:
- Produce concise daily logs, test-witness reports, and photo records that stand up to client and auditor scrutiny.

- Physically able to:
- Lift/carry up to 50 lb (23 kg).
- Stand, bend, and reach for 8-12 hours.
- Perform detailed visual inspections (reasonable accommodation available).
- Unwavering commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems), Manufacturing Operations, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics—or an equivalent combination of education and on-the-job experience.
- Familiarity with IEC/UL PV module standards, lean-manufacturing, or Six-Sigma methodologies.
- ISO 9001 or similar QMS exposure.
