About the Role
We are seeking Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead the design and execution of our most complex and high-impact global events. These unique events involve large partners, new formats, and significant operational challenges, often requiring novel solutions. You will own the full operational strategy from early-stage definition to final execution, defining how events should be operated, not just executed. This is an autonomous role for individuals comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and building structure from scratch.

- Anticipate operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Make informed decisions with incomplete information.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams.
- Align multiple stakeholders around clear execution plans.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key partners.

- Ensure designed solutions are implemented effectively on the ground.
- Support local teams in executing complex setups.
- Address and resolve critical issues as needed.
What Success Looks Like
- Successful delivery of complex events without relying on existing playbooks.
- Design, testing, and reuse of new operational models.
- Positioning Fever as a strategic operator in the eyes of partners.
- Reduction of ambiguity through clear structure and decision-making.
- Project progression with minimal supervision or escalation.
