Founding Growth / GTM Lead (US Market)
We are looking for a Founding Growth / GTM Lead (US Market) to build and lead our US expansion from the ground up.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the Go-To-Market process from building the pipeline and closing the first customers, to developing a sales playbook and laying the foundations for scalable growth.
This is a highly hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for someone who wants to build something from scratch and play a key role in entering a new market. We are not looking for a manager- but for a builder who is ready to roll up their sleeves and create a new market presence from the ground up.
Who are we?
We are a SaaS company developing a Marketing Automation platform for businesses.
This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead all GTM activities in the US- from outbound and prospecting to closing the first customers.
- Build a pipeline from scratch through proactive outreach and creative opportunity generation strategies.
- Lead product demos, manage sales cycles, and close deals.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry.
- Own customer onboarding and ensure successful product adoption.
- Develop messaging, define ICP, and build a scalable sales playbook.
- Lay the foundation for future team expansion, including growing local operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales / Growth / GTM roles at SaaS companies in the eCommerce / Marketing Automation space- Must.
- Experience as an early-stage employee in a hands-on role responsible for building GTM / sales activities- Must.
- Proven experience building pipeline and closing deals from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with outbound and full sales cycle ownership.
- Experience working with SMB / Mid-market customers.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) at a native level- Must
- Strong builder mindset, high ownership, and strong execution skills.
