Who We Are
Formulation Factory exists to fight the mental health epidemic - one formula, one community, one person at a time.
The world is noisier than ever - and is changing at an unprecedented rate. People are more connected but more isolated. More informed but more overwhelmed. More options but less clarity on what actually works. We believe the foundation of everything - relationships, careers, ambition, presence - starts with your body and how you feel. And right now, too many people don't feel like themselves.
At 17, our founder nearly died in an ATV accident. The years that followed were defined by recovery - and a search for anything that would help him feel like himself again. Supplements became a turning point, but finding ones that actually worked meant navigating an industry built on proprietary blends, misleading labels, and formulas designed to sell, not to serve.
So he built the opposite. Every Formulation Factory product has full ingredient transparency, research backed doses, and third-party testing on every single lot. No hidden formulas. No unnecessary fillers. No guessing whether what's on the label is what's in the bottle.
In less than two years, over 250,000 customers have trusted us with their health - because when you build products that actually work, people notice.
Our mission goes beyond supplements. We are building a community around mental health, performance, and personal growth - and raising the standard of what people should expect from this industry.
Our Core Values are:
- Radical Honesty: We deliver transparent, direct feedback without ego. We tell the truth about our products, our numbers, and each other, even when it is uncomfortable.
- Relentless Drive: We are obsessively committed to growth, optimization, and outworking the problem in front of us. Good enough is never the bar.
- Selfless Service: We put the mission, the customer, and the team ahead of ourselves. We win when the community we serve wins.
If our culture and mission does not resonate with you, please do not bother applying.
Job Description
The Formulation Factory team is looking for a high-caliber, systems-minded Chief Operating Officer with a proven track record scaling direct-to-consumer supplement or consumer packaged goods brands through rapid growth. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can architect the operational, financial, and cultural infrastructure required to take Formulation Factory from $9M to $20M+ in annual revenue.
You will be the strategic operator who brings order, automation, and scalable systems to a fast-moving, founder-led business. Your work will directly enable the CEO to step out of daily execution and refocus on top-line growth, product innovation, and brand vision. The application code word is EMPOWER.
The COO is a highly skilled strategic thinker who anticipates and solves problems in a self-directed way. They empower and build a team around them to move fast while maintaining culture and quality. You will lead Formulation Factory through a chapter of rapid scale, system-building, and organizational formalization in close collaboration with the CEO.
This is a full-time position. Given the critical nature of this role, we host a rigorous, 4-part application process to ensure the right fit.
What Makes This Role Unique
You are stepping into a business with strong product-market fit, a passionate team, and significant growth momentum. What it needs now is an operational architect who can formalize the foundation and build the infrastructure to support the next stage of scale.

You will work with leadership to establish clear 30/60/90/180-day milestones, operating cadences, and decision-making frameworks during your first 90 days.
This role requires someone who can match the CEO's cognitive speed, advocate with conviction when strategic direction is at stake, and serve as a structural partner to the team so execution stays focused and planned.
