We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PLPC, PLMFT, LAC) for a part-time, fully remote telehealth role focused on therapy only, not administrative overload.

What You'll Do
- Provide weekly telehealth psychotherapy sessions (video/audio)
- Work with assigned clients within your scope of practice (individuals, adolescents, couples, families)
- Complete session notes/logs (required for billing)
- Send weekly outreach emails to clients
- Update treatment plans at 6, 9, and 12 months only
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, legal, and ethical standards
- Comply with agency policy and procedures
Requirements (Must Meet ALL)
- Active Louisiana license or provisional license
- (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PLPC, PLMFT, LAC, or equivalent)
- Eligible for telehealth services through licensing board, if required
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Available for evenings and/or weekends
- Comfortable with remote therapy platforms
- Private workspace + reliable internet
Compensation & Work Details
- Compensation: $22--$30/hour (non-negotiable)
- Work Hours: 10--15 billable hrs/week
- Contract Type: 1099 contractor
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
- Performance-based incentives available
