SaaS Release Manager

Location: Fully REMOTE Duration: Long Term

What You'll Bring

• 5-8 years of release management or delivery engineering experience in a SaaS or cloud-native software environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of a multi-environment release lifecycle (DEV / STG / PROD) with multiple concurrent product lines.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling including branching strategies, pipeline design, and deployment automation.
• Feature flag management experience and familiarity with progressive delivery patterns (canary releases, blue/green deployments).
• Experience running or supporting a CAB process and managing change records in a regulated environment.
• Strong technical writing ability: you produce SOPs, runbooks, and release documentation that engineers actually use.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
