Salesforce SFDC Developer
Location -- Boston, MA ( Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, including multi object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization
- Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL queries
- Hands-on experience independently delivering complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories
- Experience implementing complex Apex integrations, applying multiple integration design patterns
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and multi object security architecture
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 design patterns developing complex Apex Integration.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or above
- Exposure to Banking, Financial service or Wealth Management domains.
- Exposure to AI and AI integrations
