Career & Community Integration Coach for Relocation Support (Full-Time & Part-Time)
REA Careers, a GO Company, is expanding and seeking talented professionals to deliver high-impact career coaching and relocation support services to clients across the U.S. and globally.
We are building a team of dedicated employees to complement our existing contractor network and elevate consistency, quality, and client experience through a modern, technology-enabled approach.
This role supports not only career transitions, but also the broader relocation experience, helping individuals and families successfully acclimate to new communities, build connections, and navigate the personal side of transition.
Position Type:
- Full-Time (approximately $52,000 USD salary)
- Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)
What You'll Do:
- Provide career coaching and community integration guidance to relocating professionals
- Support clients with job search strategy across a range of goals, including traditional search, career pivots, workforce re-entry, and entrepreneurial or flexible work paths; provide guidance on networking strategy, resume development, personal branding, and interview preparation aligned with each client's direction
- Guide clients through community integration, including resource navigation and strategies for building personal and professional networks in a new location
- Support overall transition and well-being by helping clients navigate the practical and emotional aspects of relocation
- Deliver personalized, high-touch service aligned with REA and GO standards
- Leverage AI tools and modern platforms to enhance coaching effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate case updates and communication through internal systems
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in career coaching, recruiting, HR, relocation, or related advisory services
- Proficiency with AI tools and resume-building platforms
- A modern, forward-thinking approach to career coaching and job search strategy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining a high level of service
- Experience with relocation, either personally or professionally, is a plus
