As a Business Developer H/F, you will play a vital role in expanding Gojob's client portfolio and driving growth. Autonomy and a strong understanding of business challenges are essential. The position is based in the Lyon region, serving the entire Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (AURA) area.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Sell and Close Recruitment Solutions: Market and close high-value recruitment services (temporary staffing) to a client base primarily composed of mid-sized companies and some large accounts. You will be responsible for prospecting, responding to calls for tenders, representing the company in presentations, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.

  2. Manage and Support Agreement Deployment: As a key liaison with operational, marketing, and staffing teams, you will collaborate to ensure smooth deployment. You will also be directly involved in high-stakes projects, requiring significant on-site presence.

  3. Be a Proponent of Innovation: Embody our "Think Big" mentality. As a tech and data-driven company, innovation is at the core of our daily operations. Your potential is the only limit.

  4. Build Strong Internal Relationships: Cultivate privileged relationships with operational teams, who will be your internal clients.

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Developer or Key Account Manager (KAM), with a proven track record of signing and managing regional and/or mid-sized company accounts. Experience in temporary staffing or related high-value service industries is preferred.
  • You are a hunter eager to build something significant.
  • With 45% growth, you are comfortable with rapid execution and commercial dynamism.
  • Strong appetite and curiosity for new solutions and technologies.
  • Agile, autonomous, and possessing a true entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive in constantly evolving environments and can adapt quickly to urgent situations and unforeseen challenges.
  • Data-oriented: you can create and analyze relevant KPIs to drive your business and use data to guide your actions and those of your teams.
  • You enjoy visiting clients on-site!
