The Role
As Gravitee expands globally to serve its international clients, primarily in banking, healthcare, and insurance, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer. This is a critical, hands-on, and highly technical role where you will enjoy problem-solving with our equally technical clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead investigations for multiple support tickets, collaborating to resolve customer issues.
- Prioritize issues and provide exceptional duty of care to customers across various countries.
- Create knowledge articles to enhance documentation and customer understanding of product use cases.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve team processes and tools.
Essential Skills
- 3 years of relevant experience in Level 2 Technical Support.
- 3 years of experience with REST and RESTful APIs.
- Eagerness to learn and delve into diverse technical areas.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with networking/web architectures, including HTTP.
- Experience with databases (MongoDB or RDBMS), search engines (ElasticSearch), or containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.).
- Previous experience with trace analysis, debugging, and JVM troubleshooting is a plus.
