Compensation: $250,000 base plus, depending on years of experience

This innovative organisation is building a platform that helps large enterprises understand, optimise, and transform their core business systems dramatically compressing timelines for research, design, and implementation from months down to days through AI-driven workflows.
They are now searching for Staff level Software Engineers to help build and scale the platform powering these capabilities.
Role Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, ML engineers, and frontend engineers to design and deliver robust, scalable backend systems.
- Build and maintain reliable APIs, services, and integrations that power complex enterprise workflows and AI agent orchestration.
- Design and implement platform features with a strong focus on performance, security, and reliability at scale.
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and iteration.
Profile Signals:
- Technical background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern backend technologies: Experience with Python or Node.js, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure is essential.
- Proven track record: Building and shipping scalable, production-grade backend systems or platform services.
- Experience: Working in enterprise or B2B environments where security, reliability, and integration complexity are non-negotiable.
- Passion: For building high-quality systems that unlock genuine productivity gains for technical teams.
