Job Description

Hurom is seeking a Marketing Specialist with content production and public speaking skills to join our expanding marketing team. This position is perfect for an outgoing individual eager to advance their career quickly in a marketing or creative role.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Ambassadorship:

  • Develop engaging content concepts for social media, YouTube, and other multimedia channels, with a focus on vlogging and educational entertainment.
  • Shoot and edit short form video content, create designs for social media channels
  • Draft scripts and outlines for multimedia productions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador as a personality appearing in Hurom's original content, presenting information in an engaging manner.

Community Management:

  • Work with the Brand Marketing and Media Partnerships Manager to respond to social media comments and inquiries.
  • Communicate with creators and influencers by developing campaign briefs and negotiating deliverables.
  • Manage newsletters and promotional email campaigns.

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Identify potential partners and reach out to establish relationships.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates and facilitate effective communication.
  • Execute gifting campaigns to incentivize and reward affiliates.
  • Develop innovative ideas to enhance our affiliate program and channel.

Influencer Marketing Outreach:

  • Develop an outreach program to identify and engage with influencers.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with influencers in the industry.
  • Propose creative ways to involve influencers in future marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Specialist position at Hurom possesses the following qualities:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest) with knowledge of algorithms, trends, audience growth strategies, and content creation (short-form videos, Reels, Shorts).
  • Skilled in content production and design, including copywriting, video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut), and graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of crowds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and enthusiasm for engaging with new people.
  • Proactive and creative mindset with a passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.

Team Structure

As a Marketing Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Sales and work closely with the Brand Marketing & Media Partnership Manager to develop new informative content.

Salary

$50,000 - $70,000

Work Schedule

  • Traditional 9--6 hours, with flexibility for managing events or responding to social media interactions outside regular hours.
  • Overtime is compensated.
