As a Portfolio Director, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of technology projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives in a fully remote capacity. The role is open due to expansion, offering a chance to shape the future of project management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prioritize and manage technology project portfolios
- Oversee planning, resourcing, and scheduling
- Ensure consistent use of project management standards
- Maintain governance compliance across all initiatives
- Provide regular reporting on portfolio health
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Mentor and support project managers and delivery staff
- Lead select complex projects end-to-end
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 years in technology program or project management roles
- Experience in PMO or structured delivery environments
- Strong background in business and technology domains
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Clear communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with data or AI initiatives
- Financial and analytical acumen
- Leadership and coaching ability
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver under pressure
