Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable WordPress and Zoho support specialist to help maintain and troubleshoot our existing website and integrations.
This is a light, ongoing support role (a few hours per month), not a full development position. The ideal candidate can quickly diagnose issues, keep systems running smoothly, and step in when something breaks. Expected Hours: 2--10 hours per month
What You'll Do
- Perform routine WordPress maintenance (plugin updates, backups, basic fixes)
- Monitor site performance and resolve issues as they arise
- Troubleshoot integrations between WordPress and Zoho CRM/Zoho Flow
- Fix bugs or broken functionality quickly and efficiently
- Ensure site security and uptime
- Make small backend updates as needed
Requirements
- Solid experience with WordPress (backend + Elementor familiarity)
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Flow
- Experience troubleshooting plugins and integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills (able to diagnose issues quickly)
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zapier, Shopify, or APIs
- Familiarity with site speed optimization
- Experience working in small, fast-moving teams
