The Opportunity
Jacuzzi Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Executive Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic executive team. This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of our daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.
We are looking for a highly capable, self-directed individual to support multiple members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This position is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, Private Equity-backed environment and can operate with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities while handling highly confidential matters. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
This position is fully remote but requires the candidate to be located in and willing to work within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple ELT members, including C-suite support.
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for internal and external stakeholders.
- Book travel arrangements (airfare, car, hotel, logistics) for multiple ELT members.
- Coordinate meetings and calendars effectively.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Assist with executive expense management, including handling invoices and payment processing.
- Draft and respond to executive correspondence and emails on behalf of leadership.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively solve problems.
- Support leaders with special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to foster efficient communication and collaboration.
- Organize internal and external events and meetings, managing all logistics including travel, accommodation, itineraries, and dining reservations.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Private Equity-backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint expertise required); comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize independently with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with large-scale event planning is a plus.
