Joanna's Nannies is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Admin Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in Colorado. This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable managing scheduling in a steady, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling, including bookings, updates, and adjustments
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and nannies
  • Review schedules to ensure accuracy and proper coverage
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Collaborate with the team on occasional special projects

  • Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
