  • Lead cross-functional strategic programs and high-priority initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence
  • Support board and investor communications, including preparation of presentations, updates, and executive narratives
  • Own internal communications for the CEO, ensuring consistent messaging across leadership and company-wide touchpoints
  • Act as a problem-solver for high-priority, complex initiatives including organizational design, competitive analysis, and special projects
  • Monitor organizational health, identifying emerging risks, friction points, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a prior Chief of Staff or equivalent strategic role
  • Strong background in SaaS or B2B software environments is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional execution at scale
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial models, operational metrics, and data-driven insights
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership, boards, or external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • High level of business acumen, with strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency is a plus
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, though strong experience may substitute

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $200,000 to $228,500 USD (Zone 1 baseline, with variation by geography)
  • Performance-based variable compensation opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Generous paid time off and holiday policy
  • Flexible remote work environment across the United States
  • Strong focus on professional growth within a fast-scaling SaaS organization
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture emphasizing collaboration, simplicity, and impact
