Accountabilities
- Assist leadership with development of organizational strategies and objectives.
- Lead and manage initiatives to achieve goals across the department.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of projects and drive execution.
- Develop performance management models, techniques, and tools.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights to leadership.
- Train staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Challenge the status quo and demonstrate expected leader behaviors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required.
- Professional certification required, Rummler-Brache and CEBS preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible group disability claim experience.
- 3 years of experience managing a claim team.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean principles preferred.
