Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

Pay: $15.40/hr + quarterly performance bonus

Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00am--5:00pm

Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Full-time Contract (through early 2026)

Start: Early May

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Specialists to support a high-volume inbound call environment. This role involves handling customer calls, making occasional outbound calls, and updating information while navigating multiple systems.

This is a fast-paced position well suited for candidates with call center experience who are comfortable typing while speaking and working a fixed weekday schedule. Equipment is provided.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • High-volume inbound call center experience
  • Strong typing and multitasking skills
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Available Monday--Friday, 8:00am--5:00pm
