Position: Business Development Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Company: Global AM 100 Firm

Location: New York City (Hybrid WFH)

Comp Package: Base salary to $70K, Paid Overtime, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K, Health & Wellness Benefits, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Firm's CRM system (InterAction), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update contact and company records, resolving discrepancies across systems.
  • Collaborate with Legal Administrative Assistants and internal teams to collect and verify Firm-wide contact information.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports on company executive moves for Partners and senior staff.
  • Conduct research on companies and professionals to support CRM data integrity and reporting needs.
  • Support CRM-related projects, system updates, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for data and system issues, assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
