Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales Strategy will play a critical leadership role in designing, executing, and optimizing the firm's global sales strategy. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, expand institutional client acquisition, and establish DeltaCore Strategies as a trusted partner in the digital asset investment ecosystem.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, deep familiarity with financial markets (preferably digital assets or derivatives), and a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company's end-to-end sales strategy, aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, frameworks, and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Identify and penetrate key client segments, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and client positioning
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team
- Establish strategic partnerships and distribution channels to accelerate market expansion
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales performance and client acquisition efficiency
- Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing strategy, client engagement models, and revenue forecasting
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8--12+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or revenue leadership within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, derivatives trading, or alternative investments preferred
- Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and delivering measurable revenue growth
- Experience working with institutional clients, family offices, or sophisticated investors
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
