Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, optimization, and support of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within a 3PL environment
- Oversee system integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and other supply chain platforms
- Manage and enhance data infrastructure using Azure Synapse Analytics for reporting, analytics, and decision-making
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and security across all IT systems
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party technology providers
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT support and systems team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5--8 years of experience in IT systems management, preferably in 3PL or warehouse operations
- Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and modern data platforms
- Experience integrating systems via APIs, EDI, or middleware solutions
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics workflows
- Proven leadership and team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
- Experience in high-volume distribution or eCommerce fulfillment environments
